One Year of Svema Group

Twelve months ago, following the unexpected withdrawal of GOJO Inc. from the European market, we were faced with a defining choice: to step away, or to build something new.

We chose to build.

And from that decision, Svema Group was born.

 

A New Beginning
 

Today, we are proud to mark the first anniversary of Svema Group — a European hygiene brand shaped by decades of expertise, driven by a distributor-first mindset, and empowered by strategic partnerships across the continent.

At our core, Svema Group is a network of medium-sized European manufacturing companies. Together, we work to elevate hygiene standards and simplify access to high-quality hygiene solutions for distributors throughout Europe.

With manufacturing facilities in Germany, Estonia, Spain, and Romania, we have remained steadfast in our commitment: delivering consistent product quality and reliable hygiene solutions across every market.

What We’ve Achieved – Together
 


Over the past year, we’ve made tremendous progress — milestones made possible by your trust and continued support:

 

  • Developed a complete professional hygiene portfolio as a high-quality alternative for former GOJO distributors
  • Built a strong and recognizable Svema Group umbrella brand
  • Brought together established hygiene brands — Cleanspire, Sanitrust, Omnia, Botanika, Holiday Care, Bimedica, Kanary — under one roof
  • Set up production in four European countries: Germany, Estonia, Spain, and Romania
  • Formed key strategic partnerships with Ophardt Hygiene, Bimedica, and other leading industry players
  • Successfully transitioned from Gojo Central Europe GmbH to Svema Hygiene GmbH
  • Launched a new UK subsidiary (Svema Group LTD) with full logistics capability
  • Established active distributor partnerships in over 20 European countries
  • Maintained close collaboration with several hundred distribution partners
  • Completed biocide registrations across nearly all key European markets
